Ester-C
Vitamin C helps strengthen your immune system. It can help your body fight off an infection or a virus. A problem I discovered with different Vitamin C products is that some of them have given me an upset stomach. But Ester C acknowledges this problem and formulated it's vitamin C capsules to be easy on the stomach. They accomplished just that. I am a big fan of their product.
